Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls and lay them across the bottom of the prepared dish, sealing seams.
  3. Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Sauté the onion and bell pepper with the sausage for 3–4 minutes until softened.
  5. Whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and vegetable layer, then sprinkle reserved cheese on top.
