Preparation
- Clean the mushrooms by rinsing them under cold water and patting dry.
- Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and ranch seasoning.
- Coat each mushroom in flour, then in eggs, and finally roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and arrange coated mushrooms in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, checking halfway through for even cooking.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
