Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Air Fryer Pasta Chips
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your chosen pasta, such as rigatoni or penne, and cook until al dente, typically around 8-10 minutes. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot to steam off any excess moisture.
  2. While your pasta drains, preheat your air fryer to 400°F for about 2 minutes.
  3. In the pot with the cooked pasta, drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle on the parmesan cheese, Italian dressing mix, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  4. Carefully place the seasoned pasta into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Work in batches if necessary.
  5. Cook the pasta in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket every 3-4 minutes.
  6. Once done, carefully remove the Air Fryer Pasta Chips and let them cool for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional parmesan cheese.
