Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Gently add jumbo lump crab meat, breadcrumbs, and chopped fresh parsley to the wet mixture. Fold together carefully without breaking the crab meat.
  3. Divide the mixture into golf ball-sized portions and roll into balls. Coat with extra breadcrumbs.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
  5. For air fryer, preheat to 375°F. Spray crab bombs with oil, arrange in a single layer, and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. For oven, preheat to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment, place crab bombs, spray with oil, and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
