Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the coatings by beating an egg in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, place all-purpose flour or glutinous rice flour. Lastly, pour sesame seeds in a separate bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until shimmering.
  3. Coat each feta cube in egg, then flour, back in egg, and finally roll in sesame seeds to ensure even coverage.
  4. Fry the coated feta cubes in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until golden-brown, turning gently.
  5. Remove the fried feta with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  6. Drizzle honey over the fried feta just before serving for a beautiful shine and enhanced flavor.
