Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by rinsing your salmon fillets under cold water, then pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Take three cloves of fresh garlic and mince them finely using a sharp knife or a garlic press.
  3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of pure honey, 2 tablespoons of low-sodium soy sauce, and the minced garlic. Stir together until evenly blended.
  4. Transfer the glaze mixture into a small saucepan and place it over medium heat. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Carefully place the salmon fillets skin-side down into the hot skillet. Cook undisturbed for 4 minutes, then gently flip and brush half the glaze on top.
  7. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  8. Gently drizzle any remaining glaze over the salmon fillets while still in the skillet.
  9. Transfer the cooked salmon onto plates and garnish with chopped green onions.
