Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Spread a layer of freshly grated Parmesan cheese onto the lined baking pan without any gaps.
  3. Slice medium-sized yellow onions thinly, about ⅙ inch thick, and arrange on top of the cheese.
  4. Drizzle avocado oil evenly over the onion slices.
  5. Sprinkle paprika, coarse sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and ground black pepper over the onion slices.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until chips are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow chips to cool on the pan for about 10 minutes before breaking them into pieces.
