Step-by-Step Instructions for Zucchini Chips in the Air Fryer
- Begin by washing and drying two medium zucchinis. Cut them into uniform ¼” to ½” rounds, ensuring each slice is even for consistent cooking.
- Set up your dredging station by placing three bowls in a row: mix flour, salt, and pepper; beat eggs in the second; and combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan in the third.
- Dip one zucchini slice into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the panko-Parmesan mixture before arranging them on a plate.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F and spray the basket with cooking spray. Arrange the coated zucchini slices in a single layer.
- Lightly spray the tops of zucchini chips with cooking spray, air fry for about 6 minutes, flip, spray again and cook an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once done, transfer chips to a serving platter, allow to cool briefly, and serve immediately with your favorite dip.
