Preparation
- Coat the inside of your crockpot with nonstick spray to prevent sticking.
- Finely chop the walnuts and set aside.
- In the crockpot, combine rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, sea salt, and chopped walnuts.
- Reserve 2 cups of the oatmeal mixture in a separate bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and full-fat milk until smooth.
- Pour half of the egg mixture over the dry oatmeal blend in the crockpot, then layer the cherry pie filling on top.
- Cover the cherry pie filling with the reserved oatmeal mixture, then pour the remaining egg mixture on top.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2 hours.

Notes
For best results, use rolled oats and prevent the cherry filling from touching the sides of the crockpot. Prepare ingredients the night before for time-saving convenience.
