Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted unsalted butter. Press into the base of the springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese and caster sugar until smooth. Scrape the sides of the bowl as necessary.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in double cream, orange zest, orange juice, and melted dark chocolate until incorporated.
  6. Fold in chopped orange-flavored milk chocolate.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until edges are set.
  8. Turn off the oven, leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Remove from the pan and serve with garnishes like melted orange chocolate or whipped cream.
