Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brown the Butter: Melt salted butter over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until it develops a rich caramel color and nutty aroma, then cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the Oven and Pan: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x9 inch baking pan with baking spray and parchment paper.
  3. Mix Ingredients: Whisk together cooled browned butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, whisk until smooth, then fold in oats.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: Sift flour, baking powder, and cinnamon into the oat mixture, and gently fold until just combined.
  5. Spread and Swirl Nutella: Spread the oat dough evenly in the prepared pan, drizzle with warmed Nutella, and create a swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake: Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes.
