  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika Regular paprika can be used.
For the Topping
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese Freshly grated is ideal.
  • 4 oz cheddar Can be swapped with Monterey Jack.
  • 1 green onion For garnish.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until just al dente.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté onion and bell pepper until tender.
  4. Mix in the oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  5. In a large bowl, combine pasta, sautéed vegetables, crab meat, and sour cream.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with Swiss and cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
