Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, chopped red and green bell peppers, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet and scramble the egg mixture until just set and fluffy.
  4. Unroll the crescent rolls and lay them in a circle on parchment paper.
  5. Layer bacon slices over each crescent roll, followed by half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Add the scrambled egg mixture, then top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Fold the pointed ends of the crescent rolls over the filling and tuck them under.
  8. Transfer to a baking sheet and brush the top with beaten egg if desired.
  9. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  10. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
