- Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat for at least 45 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on parchment paper to a thickness of about ¼ to ½ inch.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with cornmeal, spread ⅓ cup of birria consommé, and layer with cheese and beef.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
- Warm the remaining birria consommé in a saucepan over low heat.
- Garnish the pizza with onions and cilantro, serve with lime wedges and warm consommé.
