- Hull and wash about 2 cups of fresh strawberries. Blend on high speed until smooth with a bit of texture.
- Combine the smooth strawberry puree with 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl.
