  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips Use mini chocolate chips for decoration.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, and cocoa powder until thick and moldable.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, gently flattening them with the back of a spoon.
  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are firm and the centers are slightly soft.
  5. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  6. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the cooled cookies. Add mini chocolate chips for eyes and mouth.
  7. Serve and share your ghost cookies on a festive platter.
