- Wash and dry the peaches. Cut each peach in half and remove the pit.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Grill the peaches cut-side down for about 4-5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, almond flour, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Melt the coconut oil and mix until crumbly.
- Place the grilled peaches in a serving dish, sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
- Return the peaches to the grill and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the crumble is golden brown.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream.
