  • 0.5 cups Feta Cheese Crumble, vegan option available
  • 1 small Avocado Diced
  • as desired Fresh Herbs (Mint/Basil) For garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 1½ cups of raw corn kernels, ½ cup diced red onion, ½ cup diced red bell pepper, and one minced garlic clove. Sprinkle in a heaping ¼ teaspoon of sea salt and 4 teaspoons of Tabasco Green Sauce. Stir until evenly mixed and chill.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Spray the grill grates with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Place the 6 watermelon wedges on the grill. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until grill marks appear and the watermelon softens slightly.
  4. Remove the grilled watermelon wedges and allow them to cool. Top with the chilled corn mixture, crumbled feta cheese, and diced avocado.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs like mint or basil, and serve immediately.
