Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine 1½ cups of raw corn kernels, ½ cup diced red onion, ½ cup diced red bell pepper, and one minced garlic clove. Sprinkle in a heaping ¼ teaspoon of sea salt and 4 teaspoons of Tabasco Green Sauce. Stir until evenly mixed and chill.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Spray the grill grates with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the 6 watermelon wedges on the grill. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until grill marks appear and the watermelon softens slightly.
- Remove the grilled watermelon wedges and allow them to cool. Top with the chilled corn mixture, crumbled feta cheese, and diced avocado.
- Garnish with fresh herbs like mint or basil, and serve immediately.
