Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, pour the rolled oats and pecan pieces, drizzle the sweet syrup over them, and mix thoroughly.
  5. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet evenly and bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Let the granola cool on the baking sheet for about 30 minutes.
