Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles in boiling water until al dente.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked, then stir in marinara sauce and heat through.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, mozzarella cheese, parmesan, and parsley until well combined.
  4. Spread cheese filling on each noodle, add meat sauce, then roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased dish.
  5. Pour remaining meat sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan. Bake covered for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
