Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the chicken seasoned with Cajun seasoning in a skillet with olive oil for 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  3. Cook the shrimp in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and keep warm with the chicken.
  4. Sauté andouille sausage in the skillet for 2 minutes, then add bell peppers, red onion, and garlic and cook for another 4 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine the chicken, shrimp, and pasta in the skillet, tossing to coat and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley, serve immediately, and enjoy!
