  • 4 pieces Mini Naan Bread or flatbread
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil consider flavored oil for a twist
  • 1 clove Garlic grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
For the Toppings
  • 1 medium Red Pear can substitute with green pears
  • 4 ounces Prosciutto can substitute with bacon
  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles or feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese any melting cheese can work
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts can omit for nut-free version
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped, can use dried
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine extra virgin olive oil, grated garlic, and freshly ground black pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Brush the garlic oil mixture over the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  4. Thinly slice the red pears and arrange them on the oiled flatbreads.
  5. Layer the prosciutto slices over the pear slices.
  6. Sprinkle gorgonzola cheese crumbles and shredded mozzarella on top.
  7. Add chopped walnuts and rosemary on top.
  8. Bake for about 8 minutes until the cheese bubbles and the flatbread turns golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  10. Garnish with fresh rosemary and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
