Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 clove of grated garlic, and a pinch of black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the garlic oil mixture over the flatbreads using a pastry brush.
  4. Thinly slice the red pear and arrange the pieces on each flatbread.
  5. Tear or lay the prosciutto slices over the pears evenly.
  6. Sprinkle gorgonzola and mozzarella over the flatbreads.
  7. Top with chopped walnuts and rosemary.
  8. Bake for 8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
