Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Protein Pudding
  1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups of Greek yogurt, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Blend the ingredients for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired. For a thicker texture, fold in an extra tablespoon of Greek yogurt.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld and the pudding to thicken.
