  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil or Melted Butter
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
For the Maple Glaze
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup use pure for best results
  • 2 tbsp Milk or Cream as needed for consistency
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  3. In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, oil or butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  7. While cooling, whisk the glaze ingredients together until smooth.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread and let it set before slicing.
