Step-by-Step Instructions for Ranch Burgers
  1. In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ground lean beef with the Hidden Valley® Dry Dips Packet. Use your hands to gently mix the ingredients until evenly incorporated. Divide the beef into 4 equal portions, shaping each into loosely formed patties about ¾ inch thick.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, or heat a medium-sized skillet over medium-high on the stovetop. Prepare your burger buns by buttering the insides lightly.
  3. Place each beef patty on the grill or in the skillet. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side until browned and the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover to help melt the cheese.
  5. Toast your buttered burger buns on the grill or in a skillet for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Assemble your Ranch Burgers with a toasted bun base, cheese-topped patty, fresh toppings, dressing, and potato chips for crunch.
  7. Serve immediately while hot and juicy.
