Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your choice of ground protein with finely chopped vegetables, minced garlic, and ginger. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar, mixing thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Fill a shallow dish with warm water (about 100°F / 38°C) and dip each rice paper wrapper for 10-15 seconds until pliable. Lay flat on a damp surface.
- Place a spoonful of filling near the edge of each wrapper, fold the sides over, and tightly roll it away from you to form a sealed dumpling.
- You can steam, pan-fry, or boil your dumplings. For steaming, arrange in a steamer basket and steam for 5-7 minutes. For pan-frying, cook in a skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve the dumplings with your favorite dipping sauce, garnished with fresh herbs and sesame seeds.

Notes
Use warm water to soften rice paper and work on a damp surface to prevent sticking. Do not overfill the dumplings to avoid leakage.
