  • 2 medium English Cucumbers Peel and cut into 1" rounds
For the Cream Cheese Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened for easy mixing
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill Can substitute with chives or parsley
  • 1 tbsp Horseradish Adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream Optional for enhanced creaminess
For Garnishing
  • 8 oz Smoked Salmon High-quality, bite-sized pieces
  • to taste Toothpicks or Tiny Party Forks For serving

Method
 

Directions
  1. Prepare the cucumbers by peeling and slicing them into 1" rounds. Arrange on a platter and chill.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped dill, and horseradish. Optionally add heavy cream. Mix on medium speed until smooth.
  3. Spread about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice, then top with a piece of smoked salmon.
  4. Insert a toothpick or party fork into each bite to secure and serve immediately.
