- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients and have your 8x8-inch baking dish ready.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine chopped rhubarb with sugar and a sprinkle of flour. Toss until well coated and spread in the greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, and salt for the topping. Cut in cold butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the rhubarb layer.
