  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 4 medium Lemon Juice approximately from 4 lemons
  • 4 cups Cold Water or adjust for strength

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Clean and prepare strawberries by washing them and removing the green tops, discarding any spoiled berries.
  2. Blend cleaned strawberries with granulated sugar and lemon zest until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. Strain the strawberry purée through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher, pressing to extract maximum liquid.
  4. Mix the strained strawberry purée with lemon juice and cold water in a pitcher and stir until combined.
  5. Serve the mixture over tall glasses filled with ice cubes, filling each glass about three-quarters full.
  6. Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon and a whole strawberry before serving.
