Ingredients

For the Pretzel Base
  • 1 bag Snyder's Pretzel Rods Feel free to use other long pretzel sticks if needed.
For the Sweet Coating
  • 1 cup Green Candy Melts Adds vibrant color and sweetness.
  • 1 cup Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers Regular white chocolate can be used but may need tempering.
For the Fun Garnish
  • 1 cup Rainbow Sprinkles Perfect for adding fun and color.
  • 1 cup Green Pearl Glitter Sprinkles Optional but adds a lovely sparkle!
  • 1 cup White Pearl Sprinkles Replace with more rainbow sprinkles for a bold look.

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowls
  • Parchment paper
  • Air-tight container

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the Candy Coatings: In separate microwave-safe bowls, add the green candy melts and Ghirardelli white chocolate melting wafers. Microwave each at medium power for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until melted and smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Dip the Pretzel Rods: Hold a pretzel by one end and dip it into the melted green candy, rolling to ensure an even coverage. Allow excess candy to drip off. Place the dipped pretzel on a parchment paper.
  3. Decorate the Coated Pretzel Rods: While the candy coating is still wet, decorate the green-coated pretzels with white pearl sprinkles. For the pretzels dipped in white chocolate, sprinkle them with rainbow and green glitter sprinkles.
  4. Allow to Set: Let the pretzel rods set on the parchment paper at room temperature for about 30-60 minutes, or until firm.
  5. Store and Serve: Once cooled and firm, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
