Preparation Steps
- Prepare the crust by blending walnuts, almonds, dates, figs, raisins, orange zest, and spices in a food processor. Transfer to a springform pan and press firmly.
- In a blender, combine cranberries, coconut cream, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth and pour over the crust, spreading evenly. Chill for 6 hours.
- Blend remaining coconut cream with coconut oil and maple syrup until creamy. Pour over the cranberry layer and smooth the top.
- Blend extra cranberries with a splash of water for the swirl. Drizzle over the white chocolate layer and create marble patterns with a knife.
- Chill for an additional 2-3 hours to fully set. Serve chilled.
