- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll sheet to about ¼ inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
- Brush the surface of the rolled dough lightly with melted butter.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, shredded mozzarella cheese, and finely chopped dill pickles evenly over the buttered dough.
- Fold the dough in half lengthwise to cover the filling, pressing down the edges to seal.
- Slice the folded dough into 1-inch wide strips using a pizza cutter.
- Twist each strip a few times before laying them gently on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Brush the baked twists with more melted butter and sprinkle dried dill before serving.
