  • 3 large Eggs Whisk until mixed thoroughly.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until fully combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Create the Filling
  1. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sugar. Beat until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream until smooth.
Assemble and Bake
  1. Pour filling over the cooled crust. Bake for 50–60 minutes until edges set and center is slightly jiggly. Avoid overbaking.
Cool and Chill
  1. Turn off the oven and leave the cake inside with the door ajar for an hour. Then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
