Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a jelly roll pan and a bundt pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Funfetti or white cake mix according to the package instructions. Divide into bowls and add food coloring.
  3. Once the cake in the jelly roll pan has cooled, remove it and cut out fun shapes with cookie cutters.
  4. Prepare the dark chocolate cake mix in another mixing bowl and pour half into the greased bundt pan.
  5. Place the Easter-shaped cutouts upside down into the dark chocolate batter, then cover with remaining batter.
  6. Bake the bundt pan for about 40 minutes, then cool for 10 minutes before flipping onto a wire rack.
  7. Melt chocolate chips with heavy whipping cream in the microwave until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
  8. Mix sweetened coconut flakes with green food coloring and fill the center of the cake with it, scattering chocolate candy eggs on top.
