- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a jelly roll pan and a bundt pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Funfetti or white cake mix according to the package instructions. Divide into bowls and add food coloring.
- Once the cake in the jelly roll pan has cooled, remove it and cut out fun shapes with cookie cutters.
- Prepare the dark chocolate cake mix in another mixing bowl and pour half into the greased bundt pan.
- Place the Easter-shaped cutouts upside down into the dark chocolate batter, then cover with remaining batter.
- Bake the bundt pan for about 40 minutes, then cool for 10 minutes before flipping onto a wire rack.
- Melt chocolate chips with heavy whipping cream in the microwave until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
- Mix sweetened coconut flakes with green food coloring and fill the center of the cake with it, scattering chocolate candy eggs on top.
