Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lime juice, sriracha, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Pat the shrimp dry, then mix oregano, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle this over shrimp and toss to coat.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook shrimp in a single layer for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  4. Warm tortillas in a microwave or skillet until hot and pliable.
  5. Assemble tacos with tortillas, shredded cabbage, shrimp, avocado, spicy sauce, cilantro, and cheese. Serve immediately.
