Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Boil 2 cups of water, remove from heat, add blue gelatin powder, and stir until dissolved. Cool for 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened.
  2. Crush vanilla cookies in a zip-top bag until sand-like and distribute about ½ inch in each jar.
  3. Pour cooled blue gelatin over the cookie layer in each jar, filling halfway. Allow it to set at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  4. Push gummy sea creatures into the partially set gelatin. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
  5. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top and decorate with more gummies before serving.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy the interaction of textures from the cookie, gelatin, and whipped cream.
