- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and everything bagel seasoning. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Rinse mini sweet peppers, pat dry, slice in half lengthwise, and remove seeds.
- Generously fill each halved mini sweet pepper with the creamy filling.
- Arrange filled peppers on a platter, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove from fridge, optionally sprinkle more seasoning, and serve.
