Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and chives.
  3. Wet your hands and scoop portions of the mixture about the size of a golf ball, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle melted butter generously over each crab bomb.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with lemon wedges or dipping sauce.
