  • 0.5 cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce Homemade or store-bought.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  2. Blend 4 oz of softened cream cheese with ¼ cup of powdered sugar and ½ tsp of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half. Press each triangle into the greased muffin cups to form a bowl.
  4. Fill each crescent dough cup with approximately 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture and then 1 teaspoon of whole berry cranberry sauce on top.
  5. Sprinkle optional chopped pecans or orange zest over the top of each filled crescent cup.
  6. Bake for 11-13 minutes until golden brown and puffed up. Let cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before serving.
