Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Drain and rinse a 15 oz can of chickpeas under cold water, then pat them dry. Mash half of the chickpeas until slightly creamy and leave the rest whole.
  2. Add crumbled feta, dried cranberries, finely diced celery, red onion, and chopped dill to the bowl with chickpeas. Gently fold together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over chickpea mixture and gently stir until thoroughly coated.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.

Notes
