  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then spread evenly on another parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 30 minutes until set.
  5. Split the English muffins and layer chosen protein, a portion of baked eggs, and a slice of cheese on the bottom half.
  6. Let assembled sandwiches cool completely at room temperature before wrapping them tightly.
  7. Place wrapped sandwiches in a freezer bag, removing air, and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
