Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Dip each strawberry slice into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Place the coated strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Once all the strawberries are coated, freeze them for about 2-3 hours or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, transfer the yogurt bites to an airtight container and store them in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
