Preparation Steps
- In a food processor, combine the Medjool dates and pulse until they are broken down into a sticky paste or small pieces.
- Add the gluten-free rolled oats, creamy nut or seed butter, ground flaxseeds, and ground cinnamon to the food processor. Blend everything together until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly. Press it firmly down to compact the base.
- Spoon yogurt over the compacted base, spreading it evenly. Then, gently add your frozen berries on top.
- Place the baking dish in the freezer for about 1-2 hours, or until the mixture is solid enough to cut into bars.
- After the bars have set, remove the dish from the freezer and transfer the block onto a cutting board. Cut into squares or bars.
