  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce tamari for gluten-free
For Flavoring

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (121°C).
  2. In two large roasting pans, evenly divide the Corn Chex cereal, Honey/Wheat Chex, Bugles, Fritos, and pretzels.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium-low heat. Stir in the granulated sugar, vegetable oil, light corn syrup, and soy sauce until smooth and slightly bubbling.
  4. Carefully pour the syrup evenly over the cereal and snack mixture in both pans and gently toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle the furikake seasoning all over the coated mix and fold it in until well combined.
  6. Bake the Furikake Chex Mix for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Let the mix cool completely before storing in airtight containers.
