  • 1/4 cup Melted butter Base for the garlic butter.
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic Scale back for milder taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a mixing bowl; let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture; stir until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down dough and divide into 12 portions; shape each into a ball.
  6. Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover with a towel, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C); bake rolls for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Melt butter and mix in garlic; brush the warm rolls with the garlic butter.
