- In a medium skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium-high heat.
- Gently add the potato gnocchi to the skillet, spreading them into a single layer. Sprinkle fine sea salt over them.
- Fry the gnocchi for about 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently to ensure even cooking.
- In the last 30 seconds of cooking, stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter, minced garlic, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Once off the heat, gently fold in the chopped fresh parsley and remaining Parmesan cheese.
