  • 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers about 16 ounces total
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for heat
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Place the Ritz crackers in a large mixing bowl. Pour the butter mixture over the crackers and gently toss until all crackers are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the crackers.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
