Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Sift together flour and baking powder in a bowl; mix in sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Add egg and cold butter, knead until smooth.
  2. Press two-thirds of the dough into the springform pan and shape remaining dough into rolls for the crust edge. Prick base with a fork.
  3. Combine blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and zest in a saucepan. Heat until boiling and add pudding powder to thicken; allow to cool.
  4. Mix flour and sugar for streusel, then rub in cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over blueberry filling.
  5. Preheat oven to 360°F (182°C) and bake for 40-45 minutes until topping is golden brown. Cool in pan.
  6. Cool for 15 minutes, remove from pan, and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
