  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar For dusting.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate and vegetable shortening. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until melted and smooth.
  2. Dip the bottom of a marshmallow into melted chocolate, coat well, and place upright on parchment paper.
  3. Dip the bottoms of two additional marshmallows in chocolate and stack them on top of the first marshmallow, using chocolate as glue.
  4. Coat the entire marshmallow stack with remaining melted chocolate, ensuring all visible marshmallows are covered.
  5. While the coating is wet, attach the candy eyes to the top marshmallow.
  6. Allow the chocolate to harden at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar.
  7. Use the black edible marker to add fun facial features to the marshmallows.
